Intimate Backyard Wedding in Minnesota | Paige + Cody • Xsperience Photography

After the Covid chaos and a happy surprise, Paige and Cody decided to have a small spring wedding in Central Minnesota. They found a cute cabin on the lake, invited those nearest and dearest to them and kept things simple. Only to have the cabin fall through just weeks prior. Paige being the calm, soft hearted gal she is, rolled with the punches and found another great option last minute! I guess planning for a baby has a way of putting things into perspective:) You can plan and plan and plan some more, but in the grand scheme of things, it’s the marriage and your future together that truly matters.

As excited as I was to spend the day with these incredibly fun people (scroll and you’ll 100 % see what I mean), Covid chaos struck again. I luckily have a talented friend who Associate shoots for me occasionally, and just 3 days before the wedding day, Liz Merten stepped up and took my place. Lesson from this: keep your friends close, keep photographer friends closer;)
