Lake Superior Elopement | Houghton Falls + Cornucopia, Wi • Xsperience Photography

Talk about a relaxing way to get married…Deedra and Charles, along with their daughter and parents took a nice little hike on Houghton Falls Trail, headed to the cliffs of Lake Superior for an intimate ceremony, hiked the mile back, took a scenic drive through the countryside to the cutest unincorporated town called Cornucopia, and then enjoyed the sunset on the beach.

“We chose Houghton Falls as a ceremony location because Charles asked me to marry him in 2016 hiking at Devils Lake cliff side. It felt “more full circle” to hike to our ceremony location, just as we hiked prior to the proposal.”

A butterfly joined them at the ceremony.
