Palm Beach Gardens Florida Micro-Wedding | Maggie + Pete

Maggie and Pete hosted an intimate micro-wedding in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, August 1st of 2025. They were surrounded by their family, their closest friends, and yes, dogs. Lots of dogs!! The way these two take in abandoned pups is living proof of Maggie and Pete’s selfless love.

Palm Beach Gardens Micro Wedding

Maggie originally dreamt of a whimsical elopement on the Point Reyes Seashore, but when Pete’s mother graciously offered her beautiful Palm Beach Gardens home they decided to host a simple micro-wedding near family instead. Palm Beach Gardens is a tropical paradise offering world-class luxury golf, shopping, fine dining and plenty of nature to explore. The ocean water is a beautiful turquoise blue with white sandy beaches. It’s one of my favorite Florida destinations for weddings or elopements. However, this was the first “in-home” wedding I experienced in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised at how they were able to transform the home into a luxurious wedding venue.

Summer in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Florida is a prime destination for us Minnesotans to escape the winter chill, but summers in Florida can be a bit HOT!! With temps in the mid-90’s, Maggie and Pete decided to move their outdoor backyard ceremony to the living-room. While it meant we didn’t have the palm trees and ocean in the scene, the AC was certainly a blessing.
