Quinn and Matt had the sweetest Black Beach elopement on the North shore of Lake Superior. It was just us, them, and their cute little corgi who seemed to enjoy the day from beginning to end!! The wind was crazy, the temps were chilly, but the love between the three of them warmed all our hearts.

What was your Black Beach Elopement?

Our favorite part was that we got to have the most stress-free wedding day. It was the perfect way to celebrate the start of this new chapter, and really take it all in together. We wanted our wedding day to be fun and meaningful to us, and that’s exactly what we got to have with the beauty of the North Shore!

Why did you choose the North Shore of Lake Superior for you destination wedding?

We chose the North Shore because over the 5 years of being together, we have visited the North Shore every year. It’s become such a meaningful location to us…. Plus, you simply can’t beat the scenery!

Any tips or advice for engaged couples considering an elopement?

Soak it all in with your best friend. This is such a fun and unforgettable time in your life! Make it the best date night you could possibly imagine together.
