What do you get when you combine two gorgeous red heads, Minnesota’s beautiful Fall colors, and Southern Minnesota’s countryside? You get Josh and Erin’s incredibly sweet and intimate wedding day!!
“Josh proposed to me about a month after we had a “pretend” wedding photoshoot with Trisha and now I feel we have come full circle! He finally proposed on October 19th, 2019. We knew we had wanted a Fall wedding and immediately chose the date of October 3rd, 2020. Besides finding my dress, we really hadn’t planned much by the time Covid-19 hit, which was almost a blessing in disguise. We originally had 350 people on our invite list and we were days away from sending “Save the Dates” along with putting deposits down on our venue/caterer. We knew that we had to make a choice that would be practical for both us and the safety of our guests. We chose to downsize our wedding to only include our wedding party and immediate family (42 people total including Josh and I). October 3rd came around and we were so thankful to be able to get married at Christ Lutheran Church in Cottonwood, MN. Following our ceremony, we had our intimate dinner reception at Bello Cucina in Marshall, MN. Our day was not how we had imagined, but everything we could’ve dreamed for. Honestly, we would have gotten married in a courthouse parking lot if it meant getting to become husband and wife, but I’m glad that didn’t need to happen. We sit back today and reflect on how blessed we were. A few vendors that made our day perfect were Xsperience Photography, Hy-Vee Floral in Marshall, MN, Finley Florence Bridal in Spicer, MN and Main Stay Cafe in Marshall, MN for our amazing cake and cupcakes.”
Erin’s review on THE KNOT: “My fiance and I had the pleasure of modeling for Trisha in a wedding photoshoot and it was simply amazing. She pays such close attention to detail and her creativity shows in every picture. We kept saying how we wished it would’ve been our wedding day right then and there! We were so happy working with her, we have booked her for our wedding in October!”
