I’m sure many couples can relate to Tiffany and Cole’s up and down wedding planning struggles this year. Covid will forever be a curse word in their household. They made the tough decision back in June to continue with their vows, but postpone the reception to December in hopes things would be back to normal by then. Unfortunately things only got worse. Sadly, they had to cancel their December reception as well.

What’s the next best thing to a big party with your loved ones? A romantic date night with your love combined with a photoshoot to remember the intimacy and bond that got you through all the struggles that led you there.

Tiffany and Cole brought out their wedding attire once again and headed north to Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota. Mother Nature must have been feeling sympathetic, because she graced them with the most beautiful, sun-shiny December day. They started with some champagne on the beach, followed by some play time as they watched the sun set over the water. Then we headed to an igloo…yes AN IGLOO!!!…where we warmed up before dancing under the string lights. I left the two along after this point so they could enjoy a romantic dinner together. Ok…it was chicken strips and fries, but that is seriously my kind of meal!!

One thing all couples can lean on this year is the old saying: what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. The struggles dealt with are now in the past and you get to remember always, who stood by your side as you had a mental breakdown lol.
