Linden Hill Mansions Wedding saved by Generosity of Local Ballroom • Xsperience Photography

The Linden Hill Mansions are one of Minnesota’s most elegant destination wedding venues. The two mansions sit on a 9 acre historical estate in Little Falls, overlooking the Mississippi River. Sam and Josh chose Linden Hill Estate because Little Falls is where they first met. It also holds special meaning to their relationship since it’s where they began their adventure of buying and selling (flipping) homes together.

Of course it wouldn’t be a 2020 wedding without mentioning the fact that Sam had to plan, and replan, the wedding a few times due to covid so it was a bit stressful when they learned their Fall October wedding was going to look more like a winter wonderland. The original plan was an outdoor ceremony followed by dinner, yard games and a Dueling Pianos show in a tented outdoor scene. Well, that was no longer an option in the freezing temps and snow covered ground.

“After a random snowfall changed our outdoor wedding plans for the fifth time, I got a call from Will of The Falls Ballroom THE NIGHT BEFORE. He told me he had heard about our issues and wanted to offer up the Ballroom for our reception. It was truly a day saving gesture!! We will forever be grateful for their kind hearts.” ~Sam & Josh
