Winter Wedding in Foley Minnesota | Sheldon + Tatum • Xsperience Photography

Nothing warms up a cold Minnesota winter day like a love-filled wedding in small town Foley!! Sheldon and Tatum started their morning at the charming Sable Inn Bed and Breakfast located just a mile West of town. The long-sleeve lace wedding gown was stunning on Tatum, and so perfect for a bit of added warmth. After getting ready and seeing one another for the first time as husband and wife, the two headed to Gilman for more wintery photos and an intimate catholic ceremony. The love and fun continued as they partied their way back to Foley. They made a quick stop back at Sable Inn to enjoy sunset by the small frozen lake. The groomsmen may have a few bruises after attempting some skating in their dress shoes, but well worth it for the entertainment. After photos they met their closest friends and family at Foley’s legendary bar, Mr. Jims where they danced the night away!

What was your favorite part about your wedding day?

Our favorite part of the wedding day was getting all of our family and closest friends together in one spot to celebrate.

What advice would you give future brides?

Take it all in because the day flies by! And remember the most important thing is to have fun. Our goal from the beginning was to keep it simple and fun for everyone.

How did you meet and what do you love about each other?

We met at Bemidji State on the first day of college. We quickly because best friends and fell in love shortly after! Our favorite thing about each other is how we share the same values.

What are your plans for a honeymoon?

We do not have any set plans for a honeymoon yet, but we hope to take a trip to the mountains.

How was it working with Sam, the Associate Photographer for Xsperience Photography?

I just want to say how AMAZING Sam is to work with. We have had nothing short of a great experience with her!! Not only did we have a great photographer we made a new friend:)
