What your Intimate Wedding could look like at Sable Inn Bed & Breakfast

If you want your wedding day (or wedding weekend;) to be intimate, relaxed, peaceful and full of natural beauty, consider the new venue just West of Foley, Minnesota. While new to the wedding industry, Sable Inn Bed & Breakfast is a renovated 1901 home filled with character and old world charm. Bill and Sandy Stevens purchased the home in 2007, picked it up and moved it (yes, I said picked it up and moved it!) to the beautiful countryside where they began an 11 year remodeling project. Their love for people and nature shows throughout the entire property as it fills you with a sense of warmth and serenity.

The house features incredible craftsmanship and a big, inviting wrap around porch where mornings can be spent sipping coffee and reading. The upper level is where the bridal party can get ready. It is filled with natural light shining in from the skylights, and is where I jokingly tell Bill and Sandy I want to retire. It is THAT cute!!

While the house is incredible, the outdoor space is equally as amazing. You can enjoy the evenings kayaking, swimming or fishing on the four-acre private lake or stroll through the gardens. If you’re a horse lover and dreamed of having your horse be a part of your wedding day, both Bill and Sandy are fellow horse lovers and would be happy to board your horse for the evening as well. The barn is located just a short footed path through the woods away.
