Summer Wedding at Grand View Lodge, Nisswa, MN

Alida and John wanted their wedding day to be filled with good ole-fashioned Summer FUN!! So they headed up north to one of Minnesota’s finest resorts, Grand View Lodge in Nisswa. They exchanged vows at the bottom of the iconic staircase near the main Lodge, before heading to their private reception space.

There they played outdoor yard games, had some refreshing drinks, and ran around playing tag (I’ll let you guess if the adults did all 3 or if the children were the partakers in tag;) We snuck away briefly to take in the sunset views on Gull Lake and light some sparklers on the beach. They ended their evening roasting some s’mores and dancing the night away!!

Loki, the Maine Coon cat felt a little left out on the wedding day fun so I had to give him a personal shoutout in the blog since he certainly had the most fun getting ready that morning at the Airbnb!!
