Point Reyes National Seashore Engagement Session • Xsperience Photography

Join us as we road-trip through the epic landscapes of the Point Reyes National Seashore in northern California. Kelsey and Eric will be getting married this summer in Bemidji, Minnesota, but wanted an adventurous engagement session in the State of California where they currently live.

We started at the Cypress Tree Tunnel. I remember the first time I drove past the tree tunnel and was like “I must photograph those trees someday!” Little did I know they are one of the most Instagrammed photo spots in the area. Great minds think alike apparently! We then hopped in our vehicles and enjoyed a scenic road-trip through the curvy rolling hills that give me major Ireland vibes. Spring time is the best in Point Reyes if you want Ireland vibes because everything is so lush and green. Not to mention, the cattle grazing amongst the rolling hills. All we’re missing is sheep and a castle.

We ended with some epic sunset views overlooking the ocean.

That evening we stayed at the Olema House just a beautiful 20 minute drive away. I highly recommend this quaint hotel if you’re searching for serenity. Our room didn’t even have a TV and we didn’t miss it for a second. It’s conveniently situated next to The Due West Tavern + Market so you pretty much have everything you need in one remarkable location. It’s a sight-seers and hikers dream location!
