Sophie and Bryce hosted a beautiful Summer Wedding at Creekside Farm Wedding venue. Creekside Farm is located in Rush City in Eastern Minnesota. I heard some guests say, “this venue is absolutely perfect and breathtaking…if only it wasn’t out in the middle of nowhere.” If you ask me…the seclusion and scenery of “being out in the middle of nowhere” is all part of its charm!! It gives you the feeling of a Countryside Destination Wedding with it’s willow trees, rolling hills, a creek running through the middle of the property, and of course its rustic, yet modern barn. What was your favorite part of the Wedding day at Creekside Farm?

Our favorite part was being able to share the day and our love with our family and friends. It was truly beautiful and one of the best days of my life. My favorite moment was coming down the aisle seeing Bryce’s face, followed by our first kiss as husband and wife. I could really feel how much he loved and cared about me.

Why did you choose Creekside Farm for your Minnesota Wedding Venue?

It more so felt like the venue chose us. Upon touring Creekside Farm Wedding and Events it felt like a good fit for what we were looking for. It could comfortably accomodate everyone we wanted to invite. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces looked and felt like something out of a fairytale.

Any tips or advice for engaged couples planning a wedding?

It’s very easy to get wrapped up in what other people want. I wanted it to be simple with a focus on fun memories, and us. When I listened to what others wanted, I noticed things kept getting added on which also added stress, which we wanted to avoid. Just remember the day is about you two and sharing your love. No matter what the wedding looks like it will still be beautiful and perfect if you focus on that. Do it for you, not the gram haha!!
