Big Love At A Small Town Wedding | Jarrod+Kayla • Xsperience Photography

The Foss and Young families have been friends for almost a century – Kayla’s great-uncle was actually a groomsman in Jarrod’s grandfather’s wedding; and Jarrod and Kayla’s Dad have known each other for years having worked together at Xcel Energy (and you can feel the love these two have for each other as you scroll through their day:) Kayla and Jarrod both grew up in the Morrison County are, but aside from casually running into each other when out with friends, they didn’t really meet until 4 years ago. Then a couple years later Kayla’s cousin insisted she go on a date with this good looking Bowlus boy, “and we have been together ever since.”

“Our wedding day was absolutely perfect – despite the rain. We did wish, however, that Jarrod’s dad and brother would have been able to be there with us – they both have passed away. We know they were there in spirit and that brought us peace. I gave Jarrod a personalized pin with pictures of his dad and brother after our first look. I wanted Jarrod to be able to have his dad and brother close to his heart on our wedding day.”
