Anna and Jacob Joy…such a fitting last name for this beautiful couple. This wedding was solely focused on celebrating love and bringing joy to all present. Friends traveled from Colorado and family members pulled together for months to make the day special. When I visited the farm just a couple months prior, Jacob was telling me all the plans they had to prep for the big day; “leveling this area for bathrooms and vendor parking, cutting this field for guest parking, cleaning out this part of the barn for the bar, etc. etc.”. I was thinking it all sounded perfect, and then I got in my car to drive home and realized “all of this in just 2 months!! Wow, these guys are ambitious (or crazy lol)”…but low and behold, I arrived September 1st to one of the cutest and functional outdoor wedding venues I’ve ever been to.
“Our day was so extremely special to us, we had so many close family members and friends who traveled from near and far to be with us as we said our vows. There was a lot of hard work that went into making our vision come alive since this will be the first of hopefully many weddings hosted at my parents beautiful farm. When it came to it our day was beyond perfect, surpassing both of our expectations. The best part of our wedding day was being able to celebrate our love and commitment with those closest to us. We fell in love by traveling together, sharing lots of laughs, and having a blast with each other, but I think we truly had the night of our lives on September 1st.”
