We don’t meet people by accident, they are meant to cross our path for a reason. Josh and Kalley have crossed each others path many times before being formally introduced by mutual friends. It was Josh’s persistence and personality that won Kalley over. “Our relationship started and continues to run on sarcasm, laughter, and many smiles.”
“Our wedding day started off with bang—literally. Thunder, lightening, and pouring rain is what we woke up to. While this is enough to make anybody nervous, we received many words of affirmation about how lucky our day and marriage will be. And that’s exactly what happened. Although the rain continued on and off, we didn’t let that dampen our day. The smiles and laughter were endless as we prepared to commit to one another for the rest of our lives. We wish we could rewind time and relive that day over and over because it was absolutely perfect—even with the tornado sirens going off. We are so grateful that we were surrounded by our loving family and friends as we celebrated the new chapter in our lives.”
As for the tornado sirens…I arrived at The Grands At Mulligans while they were blasting and yes, I was that crazy person roaming around the parking lot taking pictures of the sky. Some guests arrived and asked what I was doing and my response was, “What kind of wedding photographer would I be if I missed a shot of a tornado if it appeared on someone’s wedding day? My job is to document the day, tornadoes and all:)”
