What do you charge?
We charge $150+Travel. Travel is $1 mile roundtrip from the photographer's home. Photographers are based in Little Falls and St. Cloud so we send the photographer closest when possible unless requested otherwise.
How do you deliver the images?
We professionally edit the images then we use a program to size them for optimal web viewing. We also collage some if it represents the room better. It's what makes our service unique;) We deliver an online gallery where you can download and use immediately.
what is your turn-around time?
We guarantee images within 24 hours!!
how far in advance do we need to schedule?
We understand you are on call 24/7 therefore we honor your requests to the best of our abilities. Sometimes we can get there same day, otherwise 2-7 days is preferred.
tips to make us a good team
great photos that speak to a buyer require an artistic approach. this is how we make that happen...
After photographing hundreds of homes the past couple years, this is the process we find works best. You call, text or email when a house is ready for photos and we will agree on a date and time. You meet with the seller to do the necessary paperwork and explain that the cleaner the house is (less is more...de-clutter, de-clutter, de-clutter) the better the results will be. Let them know when we will be arriving. If they insist on being home we respect that, but we do our best work when there's a lock box and we can have a distraction-free zone and the option of de-cluttering a bit more (hehe) without offending the seller.
