Legacy Hill Farm Wedding | Jami + Alec • Xsperience Photography

Minnesota isn’t always known for its epic views and beautiful weather so some people choose to host their “once in a lifetime” wedding in unique, far-away venues. Well Legacy Hill Farm in Welch, Minnesota offers some pretty amazing views and the accommodations are perfectly curated making it a special and beautiful day in our own home-state. However we won’t talk about the weather…let’s just say A LOT of water was drank and the jackets did not stay on the guys very long…and it was in September!! Only in Minnesota can we get 4 seasons in one week;)

I’m pretty transparent about how I adore elopements and small destination weddings, but this one could have possibly swayed me in the other direction. The getting ready moments with the sisters and Mom were truly special; the first look with her Dad brought tears to my eyes; and the dance with the live music was one of the most fun Father/Daughter dances as they pulled out some incredible moves to Get Rhythm by Johnny Cash.
